To be considered for a Caregiver position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience as a caregiver

  • Valid identification and work authorization

  • Proof of active certifications, if applicable (e.g., CNA, CPR)

  • Demonstrate effective communication with clients, coworkers, and third-parties

  • Highly observant, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to think critically

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

  • Culturally competent with respect to the beliefs and traditions of others

  • Reliable transportation

  • Proof of auto liability insurance

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Negative TB test result 

Caregivers 24/7 recruits for both the Caregiver and Registered Nurse position on a continuous basis. We also hire caregivers to work on-call only as part of our Contingency Team.
